Do I get a login?
For the website itself, no, and that is the point. Where a plan includes a store or membership system, you get that system's own panel.
Who owns the domain?
You do. It stays registered in your name. We manage the records that point it at your site.
What about email?
We do not host it. Your mail stays with whoever you use today and we point the records at them.
What if I want to leave?
Your domain and your content are yours. We hand it over and point the records wherever you tell us to.
