What we collect
What you give us: your name, your business, your contact details, and whatever you write in a message to us or in a conversation with Sunny. We do not collect more than the work needs.
What we do with it
We use it to respond to you, to provide and configure the service, and to keep our records straight. That is the work, and that is the use.
What we never do
We never sell your information, rent it, or share it for marketing. No lists, no brokers, no exceptions.
When you write to us or submit the contact form, we send transactional email: a confirmation to you and a notification to us, delivered by an email provider working on our behalf. We do not send marketing email you did not ask for.
Cookies and tracking
No advertising trackers. The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people, and nothing else follows you around the web.
Customer data under a license
If your business licenses Sunny, your business knowledge, customer records and books stay yours, before, during and after the license.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. A real person will handle it.
