Solantex Holdings LLC ("Solantex," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Sunny platform at solantex.net. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
When you sign up for a Sunny account we collect your name, business name, business email address, ZIP code, and payment information processed through Stripe. We do not store card numbers — payment data is handled entirely by Stripe.
During normal use of the platform we collect session data including voice transcripts, AI responses, and usage metrics (turns per session, tokens used, latency). This data is associated with your account and used to operate the service, enforce usage limits, and improve the platform.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your catalog, conversation history, or business information to train AI models. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (Stripe for billing, Anthropic for AI inference, OpenAI for speech-to-text, ElevenLabs for text-to-speech).
Each account's data — including catalog inventory, session logs, and conversation history — is stored in isolation. No data from your account is visible to or shared with other accounts.
Active account data is retained for the life of the subscription. Upon cancellation, account data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us at the address below.
We use session cookies to maintain your dashboard login. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
